Turkey, Cranberry Spinach and Kale Salad

Turkey, Cranberry Spinach and Kale Salad 

1.5 cups spinach
1.5 cups kale
1 cup cooked turkey breast, chopped into small chunks
2 stalks celery, diced
2-4 scallions, chopped
¾ cup cranberries, chopped
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
½ cup pecan, chopped

Directions:

Place the spinach and kale spread out on a plate. Top the salad with the turkey, celery, scallions, and cranberries. Then drizzle the vinaigrette dressing over the salad. Finally, top with the chopped pecans and enjoy.
